CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee, forfeiture of any deposit, or both, at the discretion of StyledByAutum and to the fullest extent permitted by law. No-shows will be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of StyledByAutum. If the service cannot be completed due to lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
